Ode to Spinach Balls
For someone that does NOT like spinach at all, I (and Myra) strangely have fallen in love with spinach balls that we buy from a vendor at the Farmer's Market.
They look just like a meatball and have assorted cheeses inside with a creamy dill dip. I happen to love feta and Myra will eat all varieties.
