Playing 'Baby'

One of Myra's favorite things these days to play 'baby.'  She lays flat on the floor and demands (yes - demands) us to wrap her up in the blanket like a baby and sing Rock A Bye Baby.  Grampa got to join in the fun this past weekend.

to Old McDonald.  It's just the cutest thing ever!

A Day at Fair Oaks Farm

 Who knew we had this little treasure - just a couple of hours away?  Fair Oaks Farm is a super fun dairy farm  - just past Lafayette - where we had a wonderful visit this past weekend.

A viewing of the milking carousel....

 This is the largest computerized milking carousel in the United States!

 Myra was feeling the two temperatures of the milk running through the lines.

 They make their own cheese and ice cream, so we  - of course - had to try some!  Very, very yummy!

 Walking to the birthing barn...so absolutely sweet!

My Second Mother's Day

 For my second Mother's day, Jeff took Myra purse shopping.  She seemed to really enjoy herself already at 20 months old!

 And...here's the purse she picked out for me:

 I also received this special flower pot that she made for me at school...

After presenting me with the purse on Sunday morning, she HAD to stand in it!

Then..it was off to Grampa's for some dinner and yummy dessert! - And resting and relaxing...
