Calling all Grandparents!

This past weekend, Myra was busy calling all of her grandparents & aunts & uncles to let them know she will be seeing them all next week!

Happy Playful, Growing & Standing Girl!

Just this past Saturday morning, we found Myra standing in her crib! I can't believe she can pull herself up and stand all by herself already!

She's just so busy playing, growing and pulling herself up. You can see we are very lucky and blessed to have a gorgeous happy girl!

She's growing more hair too! It's getting a bit longer around her ears and front, but not enough for hair bows yet!

While Uncle Hobb and Aunt Jamie were busy getting married in Jamaica, they thought to purchase some extra goodies for Mymy. She's one lucky girl!

When I saw these jellies for babies, I knew Myra HAD to have some. I lived in my lavender jellies in middle school - and maybe high school too :o)

I think she likes the taste of them better than wearing them.

Look how big she is! I can't believe she can stand all by herself - truly amazing how quickly she changes right before our eyes every day!

After the Mother's day gift opening, there was a dance party - on top of daddy!

My first Mother's Day

Unfortunately, I had to travel to California on my first Mother's Day, so we celebrated on Friday night. Jeff brought home the gift while Myra helped me open it!

Surveying the gift she 'bought' me: I love how she is naked. Jeff got home right before bedtime, so the pj's weren't on yet!


Very proud of her dad for doing such a good job!


She's not quite sure what to do with the big shoe - but aren't they great??!!

The Chase is On!

She is now chasing the cat everywhere! I love it! It gives this extremely needy cat some attention. He secretly likes it too b/c he will let her get really close and then only move about 5 feet away and let her chase after him!

Cat Robe

I've learned there's not much of a need for a baby bathrobe since I usually towel her off and put her immediately in her pj's. But...since we've had this cat bathrobe since she was born, I thought we had better use it before she grows out of it. Well...by the looks of it, I think we might be too late. It's looking a little small:
