An early birthday present

Grampa and Jay stopped over this past weekend and brought me an early birthday present - and Myra just loved to sit on it!


It's an EggGenie and makes the best (and pretty darn easy) hard boiled eggs.


And...it just so happens that the Rachael Ray magazine this month had a ton of hard boiled egg recipes. I made this 'Steak and Egg' version for Sunday dinner. Yummo :o)
