We stayed in the southern suburb of Brentwood. Here's a view of our hotel. I always forget how hilly it is there.
On Wednesday morning, Jeff had an insurance meeting to attend, so I got to sleep in. Look how rested and excited I am to be going to a winery!
We stopped by Arrington Vineyards, which is part owned by Kix Brooks. Great view - and pretty decent wines.
Wednesday evening was dinner at the Vanderbilt country club courtesy of Jeff's insurance job! I don't have any pics of that, but it was pretty fun night.
Thursday morning was a golf outing for Jeff - and more sleeping in for me! Thursday afternoon was another eatery from Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives - Savarino's Cucina. Excellent, excellent food!!

Thursday afternoon was a nap before dining at one of our Nashville favorites - Flyte. We have gone there every time we visit - so 3 times thus far - Yummo!
We woke up early Friday morning to get on the road to see our Mymy. Before leaving Nashville, we had breakfast at this little place by our hotel, called Perch. It was awesome!!! We had breakfast crepes and the best of all was shrimp & gouda grits! It doesn't sound that appetizing for breakfast, but they were the best grits of all time!
A huge thanks to Grammy as well as Dad and Jay for taking such great care of Myra and house stuff!
