I haven't posted an update on our little talker in a VERY long time, so here goes...
She's been talking in full sentences for about 2-3 months now - and really says some funny things. She also has really funny names for items, like the following:
Vitamin = bison (It's hard to correct something so cute.)
Ear muffs = ear mouses (She seems to think they are related to Minnie Mouse somehow.)
'Flush' the toilet = brush the toilet
Chocolate = chockit
Ponytail = hony (Again...too cute to correct.)
Kiss = keees
Dora = Deera
All Reindeer (She has 4 now.) = clippity clops (Because we named her reindeer that she got last year, Clippity Clop, so they are all clippitys now.)
Elbows = sometimes called Elmos
Cute conversations:
Me - and school: What do you want for Christmas?
Myra: purple present, purple cat or pink cat
Saying good night...
Me: I need a kiss good night.
Myra: (in perfect past tense and in full sentence) I already gave you a kiss!
Almost every morning...
Myra: I had a good nights sleep. (I guess I have asked her that too many times and now she just tells me whether it's true or not.)
Giving daddy his Veteran's Day sign she colored...
Daddy: What does it say, Myra?
Myra: Tall mountain! (Too much Dora!)
To almost any stranger when she's wearing boots...
Myra: Do you like my boots???
She gets most colors correct, but she definitely knows purple and pink right away!
I always knew she would say some funny stuff. She continues to keep us laughing!

Merry Christmas to all!
It was a beautiful Saturday right before Thanksgiving that we dressed Myra up in her Christmas best and headed to Potter's Bridge to hope for some good shots - and it worked!
After the walking and taking pics, she was free to slide - and mommy and daddy were able to join in the fun.
Near and far, we truly hope you have a blessed and fun Christmas with your family and friends. And...hope 2013 is fantastic!

Our 2012 Thanksgiving
Just like last year, we ate dinner at Jamie and Hobb's house - but this year there were two extra little ones with us!
Daddy let Myra eat off his plate...
A family photo was taken...
And...like I had thought, Myra didn't enjoy sitting still and having her picture taken - LOVE the 'I'm so over this' look on her, but I think the rest of family looks great!
Hobb and his mini-me, Landon...
There was some quality TV time in their awesome sun room...
Sebastian and Uncle Jeff...
Thanksgiving dinner for Sebastian...
The weather was beautiful, so this little girl had to spend some time outdoors!

Loving a Classic
On our Thanksgiving visit, Grammy brought out another classic toy that her boys played with as youngsters. This time it was the Sesame Street playhouse - and Myra spent a few hours with it!
Grammy's Gerber
This doll is pretty old....I won't say how many years, but Myra is a pretty lucky girl to get to play with one of Grammy's favorite dolls from her childhood.
Giving her a good pat...
Strolling / shopping with the new purse that Grammy brought back from Wales.
